Job Descriptions
• Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation for à la carte meals.
• Manage and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring a high standard of training and performance.
• Collaborate with hotel management to design and update menus based on guest preferences, seasonal ingredients, and cost considerations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including hygiene and food safety standards.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage food costs within the allocated budget.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
• Lead the kitchen team in delivering exceptional guest experiences, focusing on consistency, taste, and visual appeal.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or fine-dining environment.
•Expertise in à la carte dining, with a passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and creative presentation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure while maintaining attention to detail
